The G major sonata has indeed never been published. It is still only in manuscript and should be part of the big Copland collection of the New York Public Library. The booklet of the Cedille recording only notes that it took the help of several people (like Samuel Ramey, Vivian Perlis etc) to get permission to play it. So I fear it will be nearly impossible to get hold of a manuscript copy until 2060 (the 70th anniversary of Copland's death).
