Finally back from vacation, and so many wonderful pieces posted by you, dear Alfred, I was rather at a loss as to where to start, so I'm working my way backwards. And naturally enough, I love the Castelnuovo-Tedesco Cipressi. It is very lushly romantic, Spanish, and full of interesting contrasts. This composer writes with a definite pianistic flare and this piece is a real gem. Thanks for this posting, Alfred, as well as the others I've yet to get to....!
