Seconded!
This one is quite different from the usual toccata style.

Meanwhile, the highlights in this collection include Smetna's Souvenir de Boheme and Novak's beautiful song, Chant D'Allegresse - even J.B. Foerster and Suk put in an appearance. Something I particularly like is that is collection contains complete pieces rather than extracts.

Very nice, Alfred.

The good folks at the BNF have quite a few:
http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/cb3268 ... ica.langEN
Indeed, they are all available on the BnF Gallica site and, published monthly between 1902 and 1914, contain a fascinating glimpse at the Parisian musical life of the period, plus the odd themed issue dealing with other countries, like this one. Typically, each issue would contain a couple of serious piano pieces, a couple of 'cafe' items (valse-bostons etc.), and a couple of songs. The magazines for which they were supplements are also available online (I can't immediately find the link - they are on an arts website and not on Gallica), and read almost like a contemporary celebrity magazine with lots of photos of musicians of the day. For example, one autumn issue has an article about 'what did our musicians do on holiday', and has a picture of Raoul Pugno off shooting on his estate!
Hi Phillip - I'd still love to see the rare Rummel score of Eilende Wolken, Segler der Lüfte if you can spare a scan! :)

I have located it, scanned it, and uploaded it to IMSLP, where it should appear at http://bit.ly/Xl3tN0 as soon as it is copyright-approved.[/

I don't think I've seen this in circulation--Rudolf Friml's Chanson.

I don't see much of Kalliwoda's [Kalivoda] music on PP ...

I was seeking his Op. 12 - Waltzes - does anyone have any info on these? I did not see them listed in Berlin catalogue, either... May be an interesting hunt...

Worldcat shows a copy at the Badische Landesbibliothek published by Guillaume Paul in 1828 as well as a Nouvelle Edition by the same publisher from 1834.
