I am indeed the performer!
Next will be Sabaneyev - I recorded the sonata last week. I think there's just enough room left on the CD for the Etude-Nocturne that I'll record next month.

I wait this cd to long time!! Hope that by the end of the year will be available. I would you ask which opus number will be present... Op.15, 16 and then?

Mr Powell, your Eiges CD is top-drawer stuff! I'm not familiar with his compositions at all, but he now has another follower in me, thanks to your efforts.

It absolutely is top drawer and I've only listened to half of it so far. Am very glad to see Eiges start to get his due.
Update: Listened to the whole CD....wonderful interpretations.

Jonathan - the Eiges CD was excellent, and well worth the wait. Thank you also for your kind words in the CD booklet. Now if we could only located those remaining manuscripts [I haven't given up yet] !!

Yuri Iosifovich Polunin. Born 1913: died Moscow 1982. Teacher, pianist and composer who worked all his life in a Moscow children’s schools and was noted as an exceptional teacher.
