Thanks a lot!
Gern geschehen! Haben Sie zufällig Noten von Rudolf Peters?

Alfred

You totally puzzled me with this reference as I knew Sequiera was definitely not Russian and the only Russian Zikeyra I knew was Zigmund. Interesting play on words between the Spanish/Portuguese version of the name and its Russian counterpart. Strangely I have also seen the "Sikeyra" version used in Brazilian names where as you would have thought they would have remained with its Spanish equivalent.

Anatoly N. ALEXANDROV
Works for piano Vol. IV**
contains op. 92, 94, 95, 97, 100**, 102**
Alexandrov Piano works vol.IV.pdf
**I borrowed 2 copies from different libraries and both are missing pages 117-132!!!
But I am sure, Sir M. can provide the missing pages from other editions.

Hi Alfred

Yes, I do have those works...I'll check to make sure I'm not missing some pages as well [but think they are complete].

Hi Alfor, I find it very gratifying to know that there does exist a complete edition of Alexandrov, whose works I enjoy playing a great deal and whose compositions I feel have great merit and suffer undeserved neglect. Even with the missing pages (which I hope Sir Malc can retrieve), there are new pieces in this volume to explore, such as the complete Op.94, "Pages from a Diary" for which you posted Vol 1 earlier. It is difficult for me to contain my glee!

I could post the other 3 volumes, if somebody is interested. I thought I did that, but obviously I ceased to do it, because most of the works had already been posted from separate editions. So I will only do it, if there is enough interest....

Well, Alfor, I am interested, of course, in the other 3 volumes! However, I may be a lone voice of one so maybe we you could post the table of contents for each volume and we could see what is missing if posting all 3 other volumes is not feasible.

The complete works volumes will probably contain a few pieces not already scanned separately and may well be better editions in any case, so they would be much appreciated Alfred. But no rush! ;)

Well, let's begin with:
Anatoly N. ALEXANDROV
(Nearly complete) Piano works Vol. I
(contains a lot of early works which are IMHO often more complex and more exciting
than the late works, many of which are a bit too "altersmilde" for my taste)
Alexandrov Piano works vol.IA.pdf
Alexandrov Piano works vol.IB.pdf
