Pianophilia

The Kletzki Fantasie is quite a piece and as you indicate Alfor, very much in the Brahms/Reger mold. Kletzki is known to me as a Mahler conductor, but am so surprised that he would come up with such an interesting improvisatory Fantasie!

Happily, Naxos has recorded this piece, and a few other "must have" Kletzki pieces:

I quite like the Manziarly etudes, especially No.5, the nocturne. I find the whole set very worthwhile.

The Braun pieces are likely commissioned by the famous left-handed pianists Paual WIttgenstein as he is the dedicatee. These pieces are a real joy to play and I expect to play these often as they are so pianistic.
