Alfred, thank you for surfing that horrendous Russian website and retrieving all these wonderful scores for us. I had a heck of time making any sense out of it even Chrome translating.
Amongst the many postings, I was happy to see the Rakov "Watercolors" you found. We have a substantial collection of his pieces and I've been looking for this one for quite a while.
But most of all, I am delighted to now have the whole of R's 2nd sonata to play, and now that I've reassembled it into a single file, I've have been enjoying it very much today with your suggested fingerings.
Thank you again for all your hard work.

Dear Alfor:
Thank you so much for Goltz' score.
Is his name Boris? who died at the age of 29?

In investigating Soviet-era music, one of my main areas of curiosity has been ballets and operas from the various national republics. Tons of these were published as fabric-covered piano reductions during the 1960s up until 1991, but very few of these volumes found their way into Western academic libraries. Here's a major ballet by the important Kazakh composer Gaziza Zhubanova, reduced for one piano by the composer. Her symphonies can be investigated on Youtube, and we've previously seen a couple of her piano sonatas. A piano concerto can be viewed at the following site:

A salvaged video recording of one of her other ballets can be seen at:
