To Sir Malcolm, with warmest regards:

Thank-you, thank-you!

No indication on the score who the arranger was. Are we to assume the composer or someone 'in-house'?

Walter REIN (1893-1955; German "brown" composer)
Sonatine in C
Rein Sonatine in C.pdf
Fine Hausmusik, very mildly contemporary style.
Influenced by old German folksong; slightly modal, slightly Hindemithian.

Karl HÖLLER
Sonatine I op. 58 Nr. I
Höller Sonatine op.58,1.pdf
Very good! Despite the more modern material H. essentially is a late-romantic (neo-romantic) composer.

Joseph HAAS
Sonatine C-dur op. 94 Nr. 1
Haas Sonatine op.94,1.pdf
While chronologically post-Reger Haas' Sonatinas are stilistically rather pre-Reger.
Masterly composed they can give you a lot of pleasure if you are willing to accept
the essentially serene and "retrospect" character of these pieces.
