Do you nean Paradies rather than Paradiso?soh choon wee wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2025 11:22 am Please help to identify this piece.
May i ask this group for looking for a piece (baroque era), that appears in ABRSM grade 5 or 6 quite a few times in the past.
It is in A major.......(quite like a 2-part invention)..... attributed to Paradiso and also to Scarlatti.......
I knew there is a second on E.....
I am dying from wanting to know the title....
It stated with a left hand A, then right hand will play A-g#-A-E-A-C*-E-A. . Then, like a two part inventions, the left hand mirror the theme.
Please help to name this piece.
Actually, my memory fails me...... (whether Paradies or Paradiso)..... i taught the piece in 1980s, 1990s, when i was still teaching ABRSM graded exams.......bingo wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2025 8:56 pmDo you nean Paradies rather than Paradiso?soh choon wee wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2025 11:22 am Please help to identify this piece.
