I see you are in London. According to Wordldcat, both the British Library (Breitkopf & Härtel issue) and the University of London (Edwin Ashdown issue) hold copies.

When I was searching for some Carl Reinecke (see misc composers from Germany - thread) I came across the magazine "Blätter für Haus- und Kirchenmusik", which had some pieces by Hans Huber. I have no idea whether these are part of some of his cycles which were publishes seperately in this magazine or if these pieces are really "new" ones.
