To celebrate his entry to the public domain (in EU at least) have posted Austin's interesting Dream Themes to IMSLP today: https://is.gd/H88tDU. His music seems pretty scarce, so it would be great to see more put there. I have his rather childish piece 'The Never-Never Land' and will add that soon. Hopefully other works will follow (although alas I don't have them).

who studied with Godowsky.

Three pieces by William Lane Frost. Unf. I couldn't find his biographical data.
But so far as I Know he was a British Light Music Composer from Liverpool. Maybe with German roots.
