Re: French Piano Music
Would anyone happen to have any piano music by French pianist-composers Ernest or Jules Déjazet, that isn't already on IMSLP?
Other than this set of variations by Jules, there is a concerto (piano part only) called 'Le Souvenir' by Ernest which I would especially like to get my hands on.
Thanks

Jules Dejazet (1806-1849) is the brother of Ernest Dejazet (18??-1847).
Never heard of that concerto, unfortunately.

Re: French Piano Music
Does anyone have a copy of Bizet's first nocturne in F major?

The 2nd Romance sans paroles, Op.120 of Benjamin Godard. A Q&D B&W conversion of a file from Polona.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IV21aWOFkWk
There's a fair amount of Godard on Polona, most of which I'm sure is available on IMSLP.

Re: French Piano Music
Very nice. I am always interested in scores by Godard and it is very nice that you found a clip of the piece.
It seems that I woud be interested as well by op.24 Petite pièce dans le style ancien (IMSLP has only the vocal score, not the piano version), op.132 Marche de Marmousets, and maybe Scènes poétiques op.46, n°1, 2, 3 (although IMSLP has also a 2H reduction of the pieces by Pfeiffer. Not sure whether those are the same).
