Malcom, a file just uploaded to IMSLP has allowed me to identify that Barcarolle of Palmgren's from your post on September 3rd (Two Piano Pieces file); it's the Opus 14 Barcarolle.

Also, I just recently uploaded to IMSLP the Intermezzo for the Left Hand (No Opus) by Palmgren, and someone else has uploaded his Opus 64 No.1 (Venetian Gondola).

I temporarily acquired a public domain (for the U.S. and Canada) copy of Palmgren's "Nocturne in Three Scenes" Opus 72. ("Kolmikohtauksinen Nokturno")

The movements are titled in Finnish and Swedish, but I can provide an English translation.

I - Stars are Twinkling
II - Song of the Night
III - Dawn

This is my first scan to PDF conversion of my own. Any feedback for improvements are welcome.

That is pretty close to perfect for a first effort. Especially if you compare it to my first attempt.

Just one tiny little thing i would do, would be to use photoshop or similar programme to straighten the images slightly before creating a pdf.

Unfortunately, this was a scan taken from a photocopy. So in some sections the staff lines are little faded, but it's still legible enough that you know where the notes go!

Palmgren's Aria for Solo Piano, composed in 1904 (work without opus number). This copy is Public Domain in the U.S. and Canada.

IMSLP has just uploaded from Sibley, Palmgren's Impromptu and Scherzo, Opus 10.

Still awaiting copyright review at the moment, but the copy I uploaded is public domain for the U.S., Canada, and I believe Australia as well.

I didn't upload it here as it's a rather large upload (Volume 1 is 9.2MB, and volume 2 is 10.8MB). I took lead from Alfor, and scanned all 35 pages at 600dpi.

If there is interest, or IMSLP takes to long to review it, I can upload it here.

And more Palmgren! ( If it isn't obvious by now, I am on a mission here; of sorts. )

A recently acquired photocopy of Opus 32, scanned at 600dpi. I cleaned up what I could of the xerox artifacts, but a couple of pages do still have some noise on them.

This version is public domain in the U.S. and Canada.
