I am a chilean by nationality and life, but not anymore living in chile for 10 years, and now living in taiwan. I have just recently wanted to perform some music from my birth place. But i cant acquire any music from chilean composers here in taiwan. I would like to ask if anybody here has any works. I would be interested in Allende's Tonadas, which i have an in old LP recording, that i bought years ago back in chile.
Best,
Tony

Hello all,
I am new to this forum. Hoping to get into touch with some specialists for rare scores, I have two questions:
I am looking for scores (preferably piano 2 hands, but I'm interested in others, too) by these two composers from Chile:
Prospero Bisquertt
Pedro Humberto Allende Sarón
(often two be found just under the name 'Allende')
I have the 12 Tonadas and 4 Etudes (published by Senart, Paris) by Allende Sarón, but there must be 5 more Etudes plus 4 Sonatas and several other pieces.
By Bisquertt, I just have the 1st movement of a 'Poema Pastoril', obviously a piano reduction from an orchestral piece.
I checked many websites for free and sometimes rare piano scores, but without result. Any help is highly appreciated!
Thank you, and kind regards,
mvdH

Dear igod82 and ilu,
thank you so much for the scores and for the quick response!
I wouldn't have expected to find a piece by Bisquertt, as his music seems to be rare today even for people from Chile.
I'll scan my Bisquertt piece asap and share it with the group, but please be patient one more day, because I don't have it here at home.
Thank you again, and best wishes,
mvdH
