I don't know if there is a german or english publication of Mugellini's edition. I hope so, because I can't read russian.

If you are looking for any english or german edition of the WTC, there are several of them. Search at the IMSLP.

Does anyone have the four Duettos, BWV 802-805 in the edition of Busoni ? I thought that fredbucket might have them. He has lots of Bach-Busoni.

Yes, I do - but the problem is finding what you want, since the BWV numbers are not included in the Busoni editions. But I think I may have succeeded in my Sherlock Holmes impersonation...
Bach (ed Busoni, Petri) Piano Works Vol03 - Kleine Präludien, Fughetten, Duette.pdf

Does anyone have the WTC in the Salabert edition ? Book 1, edited by Blanche Selva, Book 2 by Vincent d'Indy. I think it is very rare.
