Bosmans is correct.

Heller is wrong sorry. I can see that you must have derived the word from Helper. The name required is actually pronounced almost the same as the English word for someone who guides and encourages except that the last vowel should be pronounced differently, but often isn't. As usual the vowel in the English word takes on the colourless nature of a 'schwa', just as the vowel in the rerquired name as pronounced by a Brit who doesn't know any better will also be a schwa.

So 1, 5 & 6 to go.

Yes Jo! Very good. Menter & Mentor are usually both pronounced by the English with a schwa at the the end, so they can sound identical.

The Mrs Beach clue came to me in the bath as I was staring at a bottle of bleach - no I don't use that to wash myself, thanks for asking!

No. 6. Well, think of a vehicle. Then think of the Latin based adjective for anything to do with kidneys. Put the two together and modify the end. Double a letter in the middle - and you will have a female composer (mostly) from the Nineteenth Century. Now I've made it too easy.
