No to no. 3. Why would Eotvos match the clue? It might I suppose, but that wasn't the answer I planned.
The others are correct. Well done. Not quite straightforward.
If anyone wants explanations please ask.

13 yes! Whoops, I meant 5.

So, no. 3 and no. 10 (the trick question) to go.

I guessed Eotvos because 'Eotv' sounds a bit like Earth, then 'os' for the operating system.
Also the starting letter of 'E' fits between Doppler and Farkas.
Ooops! Just realised it has 5 letters, therefore I'll try Erdos instead.

It's very close.
You got 'Tard' French for Late
The Latin clue has been solved.
What about German?

Erdos seems to fit the bill for No.3.
But No.10 - maybe a wild stab at Sukor.

No 3 is correct.

No, not Sukor. No 10, the trick question, is perhaps easier than you thought.

Well. I have no idea what the composer's name means in Hungarian, but the word means a sweet carbohydrate in English! So, the answer to the question is the same word as the question itself! Hence it was the trick question. Well done!!!

This is addictive.

There will be many groans. Pronunciations all over the place, and terrible liberties taken.

One country again. No sequence this time. Just terrible clues.

1 Almost something you could float away on. (4)
2 Bigger than a bush and lighter than black. (6)
3 'Vehicle' to help with the gardening. (7)
4 Not quite the Wrestler rebellion. (6)
5 Nastier than spotty. (5)
6 More procrastinatory, perhaps. (7)
7 Present to male offspring. (8)
8 The iron man. (7)
9 Pleader. (7)
10 Happy animal doctor. (7)
11 Maud almost came into this. (5)
12 Brian, trying to say where he's from in a language he doesn't know. (5)
13 Almost the sound of Spring. (7)
