Never heard of 2 piano transcriptions of the Scriabin symphonies. But Caprotti or Malcolm may have more info.
I was not aware of any specific two piano arrangements of the Scriabin symphonies [only piano solo and piano / 4 hands] although that's not to say that they might be an arrangment by another Soviet composer, as Caprotti has shown in the holdings in Vienna.

Same with Tchaikovsky [only aware of the Langer for 2 pianos/8 hands, as well as for piano / 4 hands and piano solo].
