Thank you for the alternate scan of the folio. I already knew that Himpsl sent over that folio. I also want to note something, no one even mentioned anything about sending a Willard Robison recording of him playing Out Of The South, since Himpsl mentioned it. We have to stop leaving this thread empty and put something new, not something we've already seen.

I think Richard Riley (he's amazing on YouTube) sold his copies of blues songs to Himpsl, but as far as I've heard, no one mentioned not one word of anything about sharing these blues songs with anyone.

Examples of songs that Richard had was Chain Gang Blues by Spencer Williams, It Won't Be Long by Seger Ellis, and Red Hot by Frankie Trumbauer, Ted Koehler, Maurie Sherman and Will Bradley. I've seen pictures of those songs that he had and sent on Facebook.

If anyone has these songs, and other songs by Spencer Williams and the lot by other black composers, and some other songs that I never knew of, send them over.

If you've got recordings try dropping them in Musescore's free audio-to-score transcriber. It's wildly variable but I've gotten some excellent results from it over the past week with piano.
