Hello everyone,

Might anyone have, by an extremely slim chance, a scan or copy of Celibidache's "Despre Fenomenologia Musicala"? I understand no translations exist from the original Romanian...

Also, a secondary inquiry: Does anyone know if Feinberg's "Pianism as an Art" was ever translated into English or French?

Additionally,

As I was asking about the Despre Fenomenologia, I realized I never received any further news regarding Wissner's publication of the Forschungsmanuskripte zur Phänomenologie der Musik, originally promised for this August. Has anyone heard any more information on the matter?

Greetings everyone,

For whomever is interested, I have attached a scan of my own making of Entretiens sur la Musique by Swiss conductor and musical scientist Ernest Ansermet and Jean-Claude Piguet. I apologize for the disturbed curve of some pages, there was no other way to harmlessly scan the ancient book but with a smartphone.

Enjoy

Following up:

I'm sharing here the first volume of Ansermet's Les Fondements de la Musique dans la Conscience Humaine, most extensive existent treatise on Musical Phenomenology.
I will shortly upload volume 2.

Last update:

Here is the (abominably large) third entry to the Ansermet series published by La Bacconèrie. By far the most important and comprehensive book on the subjects treated. May it prove useful.

Good evening, my fellow pianophiliacs,

Might I ask if anybody possesses a scan of The Levinskaya System of Pianoforte Technique and Tone Colour?

My fellow pianophiliacs,

Greetings again. On this occasion, I'd like to inquire about Abby Whiteside's complete treatise "On Piano Playing," if for no other reason than the Internet Archive version not being downloadable.

Anna's Archive has it, with a choice of several different printings. It's a fabulous site for books.
