I haven't seen this Lange piece floating around... always happy to fill the gaps!

Does anybody have any works by Max Meyer-Olbersleben (1850-1927), another neglected composer who doesn't seem to have featured on PP before? My interest was sparked by hearing a recording of his Burleske (Op 19 no 2) by Florian Uhlig on our local classical music station this morning. There's a brief biography on Wikipedia, and a few interesting pieces and incomplete list of works on IMSLP.

Thank you, Musiclife, for the new Lange. This is another composer whose works seem so abundant that there is always hope to find new ones!

the BSB has posted Lange's Op. 40 - Nocturne - Scheidegruss (loosely translated as Farewell Greeting?)...for four hands - so, for the meantime, grab a partner!

it is Thanksgiving time and I want to say that I'm thankful for all of those in our forums and our music!

I haven't seen this Lange score around, either, so, here goes!

the scan of Lange's Op. 54 is blurry on IMSLP, so here is a fresh one. :)

two "new" Lange pieces..

The other one from Op. 316 was actually No. 02 -- I edited the post. Here is No. 05.
Lange, Gustav-Op. 316 No. 05-Abendglöcklein (Evening Bells).pdf
and:

Thanks musiclife217. Our Lang collection is growing nicely. Always fun to play through this parlour music.
