Thank you, Alfred. The Ekier is a rousing addition to our toccata collection and it really sounds when played sempre staccato.

P.S.: Have not had any luck using http://smallpdf.com as it never seems to finish compressing--even overnight!

Karol Rathaus (1895-1954)..........not a composer easily linked to a specific country of birth, Polish, Austro-Hungary or Ukrainian [and later American] ? Nonetheless one of his earlier works duly shared here - Op 9 Five Pieces.
