The next two works by Nechayev posted above - Op 9 Two Pieces and Op 16 Three Preludes.......I have also discovered that I do hold a copy of the Op 41 Twelve Preludes, so will scan and post Nechayev's final piano work in the next few days.

My last work by Evgenii Pavlovich Pavlov - his Piano Sonata No. 2. Although I can find no record of any works after this opus and must wonder if Pavlov either stopped composing, 'disappeared' or died sometime during the 1920's ? The lack of finding any biographical data is always frustrating in these cases.

Hopefully Nikolai Tcherepnin (1873 -1945) needs little introduction.........I have posted several of his piano works in part 2 of the Russian and Soviet Music thread [which current resides on page 4 of the Keyboard Music discussion thread] - that included 3 preludes from Opus 17 Six Preludes [Nos 3,5 7 6], and 4 pieces from Opus 18 Cinq Morceaux [Nos 1, 2 4 & 5]. I have managed to filled in a couple of gaps on these two works, although alas the 1st prelude from Op 17 still eludes me.

Thank you Alfor....I was hoping you might discover Prelude No 1 for us at some stage Hopefully one of us will find it some day.

We have been well served by Alfor and myself on the works of Boris Aleksandrovich Arapov (1905 - 1992) - here are his delightful Six Pieces on Chinese Folk Themes from 1955.

Oren asked me if I had the complete book 1 from Genari Karganov's [Korganov] opus 20 Album Lyrique [book 2 is available either on IMSLP or our archive...plus there have been odd selections from book 1]. So here is the complete Book 1 freshly scanned this evening !
