There is a Two Piano arrangement by Maurice Jacobson of RVW's Tallis published by Curwen. Maybe you could get that by interlibrary loan and thin it out a bit? Maybe some nice person here has that edition?
Here is my 2 hand transcription of VW Fantasia on a Theme by T Tallis. It was a tough nut to crack because of the massive chords. I tried to keep all the chords to within a tenth (not always though). It is in PD in the USA, where I am from, but I decided to submit it without my name on it to avoid any problems. Enjoy it and please give me feedback on any playability problems.
PS Sibelius 2nd will be coming soon. Another tough nut.
Haven't been to the site for a while. This is a beauty! Many thanks!
James.

I guess my file-naming error was spotted! I saw the title Quintet No.5
and automatically associated it with K593 in D. Sorry for the mistake.
If only Paul Wagner had also transcribed K174, this misnumbering by
Schonenberger (and my cock-up) wouldn't have happened.
Anyway, K406, 515, 516, 593, and 614 (plus 581) in 2H, are also available
in proper book form from Elibron.
(In my youth, all 626 Kochel numbers were memorised, and this is now
very useful for remembering phone nos. e.g. a no. such as 366250 would
simply be remembered as Idomeneo-Haffner. Strange but true.)
