Thank you Caprotti for all your wonderful Schubert transcriptions.
Does this mean that my Peters edition book is all the work of Jadassohn?

exactly, they are identical; I don't understand why a later edition doesn't mention the name of the arranger !

Peters Editions do seem to omit arrangers' names sometimes.
This is a rescan of another Schubert duet arrangement.

A couple of years ago, I narrowly missed out on the opportunity
to buy a rare 2H transcription of Lalo's opera Le Roi d'Ys.
Can anyone suggest where to find another copy please?

The problem is not where to find a copy, but where to find a non-expensive one !

For instance there is a copy in Milano

Il Re d'Ys : Leggenda bretona in tre atti e cinque quadri : riduzione per pianoforte solo / parole di Edoardo Blau ; musica di Edoardo Lalo ; versione ritmica italiana di A.Zanardini , 121 pages

once available for 121*0,08 = 10 euros but now, in line with the european standards, increased at 121*0,4 = 48 euros (at least)

I can't understand why, in my country, the only european standard is the price of score copies !

I'm sure that other copies are in Vienna,Berlin,Paris , at the same price or more.

I'd suggest a good week-end in Paris and a visit to some bouquinistes !
