Anyone know where to get a copy of the score of Oscar Levant's Sonatina?

As requested by Walter...the full work.

Oscar Levant (1906 – 1972). American pianist, composer, author, comedian, and actor. He became more famous for his mordant character and witticisms on the radio, movies and on television, rather than for his music. For those interested, more information is available on Wikipedia.

Many thanks for the sonatina! I do not greatly admire Levant's playing, but his book "A Smattering of Ignorance" never fails to tickle me.
