Mischa GODOWSKY
From Ruthenian Heights (Russian Suite) for piano op. 24 (published 1915)
(good-quality salon-music) Rudolph NIEMANN (German pianist & composer, 1838-1898, father of Walter, who very much admired his pianism, for example his reading of Tchaikovsky's op. 23)
Concert-Suite op. 34 (published 1893; solid musical quality, esp. the last 2 mvts.) both hrs600
Leopold's brother (?) and Walter's father (definitely!):
Mischa GODOWSKY
From Ruthenian Heights (Russian Suite) for piano op. 24 (published 1915)

Like the Nieman, Walter. It's a nice suite. I do wish he would have added a final gigue or toccata movement to it, as the suite sounds a bit incomplete to my ornery ears.
