Re: Digital archives online
No, sorry - that's a more public part of the site, and represents a tiny fraction of what used to be available. The link I gave earlier used to have 100's of composers and 1000's of pieces. Access to the site required an id and password, which had been shared a few times on pianophilia.

Re: Russian & Soviet Composers - Part 3
Has anyone ever seen the free sheet music of composers in the site http://www.copy-us.com/? I have seen some names and some compositions, but if anyone has ever played anything of those, I'd like to know if it is worth it to explore any composition or composer, mainly solo piano compositions...If nobody knows at least the link is provided so others can explore...Thanks..

Yes, I know the site. Well, not too precisely. There might be some worthy pieces, but most is b***sh*t.Dani_area_51 wrote:Has anyone ever seen the free sheet music of composers in the site http://www.copy-us.com/? Yes, most of what I've seen from this site is from people that like playing with software and don't have a creative ounce in their bones.Ferruccio wrote:Yes, I know the site. Well, not too precisely. Re: Russian & Soviet Composers - Part 3
Thank you so much for your opinions...I have also noticed something weird about letting download for free so much scores if they really were valuable...Seems like some of the composers have some good musical background, but that does not make them great composers...Also the description made about the pieces seemed a little random...Seems like it was a waste of time looking there but thanks anyway because now I won't be spending time trying to play any of them...rob wrote:Yes, most of what I've seen from this site is from people that like playing with software and don't have a creative ounce in their bones.Ferruccio wrote:Yes, I know the site. Re: Digital archives online
I cannot figure out where to post this, but someone should announce that the entire 2500 pages of the diary of William Steinway can now be read online!
