A new digital library:

Milano, Conservatorio

http://www.consmilano.it/index.php?id=379

There is a problem: the files [G, Golinelli, for example] aren't .pdf.
Can anyone solve it?

If you search in PiPHI database you should find previous threads about the library of Milan Conservatorio, posted by me. The so-called online resources are de facto unexistant. Scores can be only ordered for scanning at very high prices. It's almost impossible to download those scores page by page, since the algorythm of display is very complicated.

This might be worth a try, if you haven't already tried it:-

Go to page 1 of the file required.
Right click on the image.
Select 'This Frame'.
Select 'Print Frame' (Prints jpeg image A5 size).

Russian & Soviet Composers - Part 3

Post by relative »

Funny Russian site with lot of scores from beginning to... (like Hindemith sonatas) for all instruments, by the way. Just search 1150 files.
Also many pieces of soviet composers. (You need cyrillic.)

Thanks from me too, this site has a treasure trove of childrens music and Russian Romances, my Dutch instant translator on Firefox has thrown up some excruciating translations, must be similar for the other nations I would think and worth visiting this site for the translations alone.

The Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin has about 500 scores now (medium quality jpg - you have to download each page separately).
