Thank you very much for the helpful information, as I see a score in IMSP I didn´t realize about the possible copyright of the pieces.
I´ll take a look at WorldCat and Schirmer.
Thanks very much and best regards to all pianophiliacs!

hope everybody is safe. So long time since posting here.
I´m discovering the music of Edward Burlingame Hill. There´s one of his Jazz Studies for two pianos in IMSLP but it seems he published a set of four.
It would be great to take a look at that music.

Hi Tallaphilia

Nos. 2-4 of the Jazz Suites were published by Schirmers, so you could contact them to see if they hold copies in their archive (I have ordered several times from them, and prices are quite reasonable). Also if you search on WorldCat - there are quite a number of libraries that hold copies including (as expected) Harvard. So would suggest contacting them if Pianophilia members do not have copies themselves. However, just be aware as Hill died in 1960, that his works may still be in copyright. I did see that Schirmer had published No. 4 in 2014............so that may be still available to buy.

Dear friends,

I´m looking for the Twenty four pieces for two pianos by Reinhold Gliere, Malcolm shared some of them and IMSLP provides the first set but maybe someone can find the complete work.
Thanks in advance and thanks Macolm for this selection!

mballan wrote: Sat Oct 19, 2013 5:05 pm Following on from the solo piano works I posted by Reingold Gliere (1875-1956) - here are a selection of pieces for Two Pianos [the Taras Bulba is complete, but alas only a selection from Op 61].

I know that there are some Goria fans out there!

His Op. 91 - Marche Triomphale enjoyed some success and popularity in its day - it must have been fun to play! :)

Does anyone have the score of two pianos arrangement of César Franck’s "Prélude, Fugue et Variation",arranged by Ethel Bartlett & Rae Robertson?
Many thanks.
