Avaz Maksudovich Mansurov. Born 1957, Kokand. Uzbek composer. Winner of the Union of Youth Prize of Uzbekistan in 1986, Certificate of Honour of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1992 and winner of the contest ‘Uzbekistan-Vatnim’ (1998-99)

Graduated in 1982, from the Kashkent Conservatoire after composition studies with Zeidman, and then from 1986, undertook an internship under the guidance of Yanov-Yanovsky.

Also by this composer - Suite for Two Pianos in Two Piano thread, and piece for saxophone in Chamber thread.

Arthur Orenburgsky (b.1968)
Kazakhstan

Orenburgsky is Professor and head of the department of “popular music and jazz/instrumental" in the Kazakh National Academy of Arts.

Orenburgsky has started posting his Jazz Preludes plus his jazz arrangements of standards as score videos on Youtube.
