The Nocturne Op.20 is on this site.
For ease Op 19 & 20 attached.
Nothing after Op 21 but there are a handful of songs (with no opus) and the non-opus 'A la mazurka', mentioned previously.

I now have a copy of Julian Fontana's opus 16 Deuxime Fantasie Brillante sur des motifs de 'La Somnanbule' de Bellini - not a perfect copy but if anyone would like a copy then drop me a message to my email account:

Apparently even the descendant of Fontana has been unable to locate copies of Op 3 & 4.
