I'm having a devil of a time trying to locate a copy of Babajanian's "Reflection." I've been unable to find any publisher information. (Is it perhaps in a collection?) Any help would be appreciated. I've put a link to a YouTube performance by Hayk Melikyan below. Thanks.

I think this is the best place to put the Khachaturian Piano Concerto in D flat...from Sibley

Publication Name: Concerto in D flat major for piano and orchestra
URL: https://urresearch.rochester.edu/instit ... onNumber=1
Composer:Khachaturi︠a︡n, Aram, Ilʹich (1903 - 1978)

Here is Eduard Abramian's first piano concerto, originally composed in 1950 and arranged in this two-piano form in 1965. There is a second piano concerto dated 1953, but I have yet to track that one down. I have some other piano works of his on the way. including a book of beginners' pieces and some others that have not been previously posted.

Does anybody have either of the piano concerto works that Fikret Amirov worked on with Elmira Nazirova? They initially collaborated on Amirov's Piano Concerto after Arabian Themes and later composed a work based on Albanian themes under Nazirova's name. I'm also very interested in the concertos by Vasif Adigezalov, of which I may be able to scan the first and third. The fourth and final of his recently found its way onto a Naxos disc and it sounds phenomenal. In addition to those works, I'm going to try to scan Adigezalov's set of 24 preludes.

Enjoy.

Here is a pair of volumes that were released in Armenia during the 1970s, compiling several piano pieces by Abramian. The earlier volume is comprised of simple, short works that are probably pedagogical works. The second volume's works are more difficult and are probably in the same league as his five books of preludes (posted earlier in this thread).

Easy Piano Pieces (1971)
Pioneers' March / Impromptu /Song / The Playful Horse / Invention / March of the Dwarves / Waltz / Puppet Dance / Nazani / Humoresque / Chorale / Etude

Piano Pieces (1974)

First sincere thanks for the Abramyan concerto and piano works, very much appreciated. I do have a copy of the Amirov / Nazirova concerto and duly posted here [two piano version]. Unfortunately not a very good copy but hopefully readable [was scanned by Goldsmiths in London from my original copy of the score].

I also have the Suite on Albanian Themes for Two Pianos and will bring that forward on my scanning pile.
