I have it but I'm not sure if it's public domain.

Some sites look like they've had copyright takedowns for it (Harry Warren only passed in 1981). There's a jazzy arrangement by Scott Bradlee here: https://www.tunescribers.com/8629/more-catalog/at-last

Korsakov, EM 'Music' (c.1989) - Dance Music of the Thirties (30s).pdf
Googletranslate TC
A. Strock My last tango.
O. Moonlight Rhapsody strings.
O. Strings Oh, those black eyes.

etc..
I have been re-setting the pieces in the volume of Tangos arranged/transcribed by Artur Polonsky and encountered the piece Moonlight Rhapsody by the Latvian composer
Oskar Davidovich Strok
Оскар Давыдович Строк
1893-1975

who I discovered had quite the career as the "Tango King", writing nearly 50 of them, amongst his 300+ works. His recordings circulated globally and his dance band toured extensively. He fled the Nazis and later faced Soviet suppression of his music. His music was later taken up by Gidon Kremer and Itzhak Perlman. More here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscar_Strock

The first three pieces in the Dance Music volume above - despite Google Translate's mangling - are all Strok's works.

O. Strok My last tango.
O. Strok Moonlight Rhapsody (same sheet as in Tango album)(sometimes translated as Lunar Rhapsody)
O. Strok Oh, those black eyes.

It's likely that Artur Polonsky arranged all three of these, although there is no attribution on this volume.

My resettings are in this Musescore collection of Soviet-era Dance Music: https://musescore.com/user/4151271/sets/5107607
Where possible, I have located the source songs of some of Polonsky's tango arrangements so they can be tied to lyricists and lyrics.

Anyone know the name of this piece and, if so, can you post the score? Maybe it's by Zez Confrey, Kapustin, one of the early stride pianists, or Bolcom but those are just guesses!

Thanks.

I found out it's the last minute of Kapustin's Etude Op.40 No.7.
