I always give all the information I have. Some organisations are more responsive than others. There's a lot of music locked up around the world under the control of indifferent administrators. I looked up music vars and seems like they are a record label company, not a sheet music publisher. The music record https://www.musicbase.cz/compositions/17890-trio/ says the publisher is "Music Vars" so you could look for them.
Finally make sure you are searching on his properly spelled Czech name "Luboš Fišer" as you cannot count on database search engines to normalise letters to Western European forms.
