There is a good scan of Ernest Alder's arrangement on IMSLP.

Better known as a violinist in his time, the intriguing Chrétien Urhan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chr%C3%A9tien_Urhan) seems also to have written some works for piano, one of which has just been uploaded at Gallica. Therefore, here it is:
