A good number of Méreaux's other piano works are now uploaded to Gallica too.

This collections of works by Charles Delioux is, according do a brief conference extract published by Paris-Sorbonne, an intriguing and important work.
Someone more qualified than I can attest to or contest this as they see fit, but here's the link to the score at Gallica:

Ah, and thanks for the Grovlez, everyone.

Best,
Curtis
Here is an etude by Gregh, taken from a set of Etudes de Mécanisme et d'Expression, Op. 9, followed by a nice Élégie pastorale:

My attention was last night drawn to Olivier Greif (1950-2000),
as a result of a tribute programme to him, broadcast on Mezzo TV.
Apparently he wrote 23 piano sonatas, of which the one played by
Pascal Amoyel (No.22) last night was very impressive indeed.
This seems to be by far the best site for all things Greif-related.

4candles wrote:Dear etude enthusiasts.

I have recently requested the two following sets of studies by Léon Kreutzer from the BNF, which have now been digitised.

If anyone is interested, just click the link and download/'télécharger' the music.

I got much more than I actually asked for in the tome called 'Six études de premier force' as there is also a sonata, a minuet, a Romance sans Paroles, a Romance for violin and piano and other pieces in the set, which are useful to have, for posterity if nothing else.

Enjoy!

As per my other post in the Etudes thread, Piupianissimo has also kindly made high resolution PDFs of Léon Kreutzer's Etudes and other pieces at IMSLP (they should appear under Kreutzer's page over the next couple of days.

Very glad to see these Kreutzer Etudes. Kreutzer has a few surprises for us in La Gynmastique 6 etudes.

Thanks 4candles for brightening up our day here with a little French cuisine!

Two pieces to get the fingers going!

Louis Diémer: Le Chant du Nautonier, Op. 12
Diémer - Le Chant du Nautonier - Caprice de Concert, Op. 12.pdf
Georges Mathias: Allegro Appassionato, Op. 5
Mathias, Georges - Allegro Appassionato, Op. 5 (2).pdf
And another set of pieces by Mathias. Originally scanned separately, but here together in one download. Poor original scans unfortunately.

Georges Mathias: Chants du Crépuscule, Op. 53.
