Bolero?
Very interesting indeed to see this for solo piano as there is just so much 2 hands can do so I wondered what Branga would do in his arrangement. And the answer is found at the bottom of page 6, where he specifies repeat "ad libitum". A valiant effort, but I prefer the 2 piano version.

Thanks for this post, Alfred.

Here's a collection of short dance pieces by composers from the late-1920s French music scene, a number of whom who were loosely referred to as l'Ecole de Paris:

Jacques LARMANJAT - Waltz
Nikolai LOPATNIKOFF (LOPATNIKOV) - Gavotte
Bohuslav MARTINU - La Danse
Georges MIGOT - La Segue (Slow Dance)
Marcel MIHALOVICI - Chindia (Romanian Peasant Dance)

Sonate pour Piano No.1, Op. 17, by 'Emmel' (clearly Emmanuel) Brice, just uploaded to Gallica.

Frustratingly, two of the pages appear to have corrupted during the upload process, but the work is worth having nonetheless:

I've asked for these before, and someone has subsequently requested a scan of one of them, now available at Gallica, so here it is:

I just downloaded the file (as a PDF)--all pages appear to be intact.

Good find. It looks like BNF holds nos. 1-4--I hope they scan the other 3 in their collection. I don't see a source for number 5.

While on the topic of L-A B-D, here's a copy of his Simple Mélodie (original publication Grus, 1905) that I extracted from issue 64 (1908) of Album Musica, available at the BNF here:

Phillip Sear made a nice recording, available here:
