Yes, you did! How very nice to have the Sonatine all nicely fingered like this! Muchly appreciated by all.

Thank you, Alfred.

Thanks for posting, Alfred.
Dear fleubis,

you are welcome! --- The fingering by Messrs.** P. & H. is rather unsatisfactory, imho.

I would would not go as far as to call it a „mess“, though... :mrgreen:

Sorry..... I cannot figure out who Messrs.** P. & H. is???

Incidentally I heard there is some editions or editorial work by Perlemuter??? Can someone provide some informations --- likely still under copyright, so I dare not asked for a print.

P. = Philipp (fingering very unsatisfactory)
H. = Hinson (fingering unsatisfactory)

There is a „Perfomer's Edition“ by Gaby Casadesus, which I do not know.

The Perlemuter version is published in Japan by Ongaku No Tomo Edition. The Annotation is by Junko Okazaki. It's in Japanese and French, so I actually can't understand much. There are six volumes until now. I have all of them but of course I can't scan and post here. Also, this series is NOT sold on Amazon.jp. So, you can only buy in Japan. It's full of Perlemuter's fingerings, pedallings and performance instructions.

Thank you very much for the information about Perlemuter's edition.

Looks like I have another excuse to make a japan trip.

Dear soho,

how do you like this?!

Truly an „authentic“ Performer's Edition
(this possibly has been passed on to Mr. Perlemuter by R. & G. Casadesus;
so you can't really know, who let off that much steam in the score... :mrgreen: )

nms (I deleted some insignificant pages to reduce file size)

Ravel Miroirs (Casadesus).pdf

Without going to the bookshelves..... i vaguely remember, R Casadesus had edited for Schirmir (under the great performers series) some Ravel's works.... was it Gaspard, or Sonatine??
