Amazingly, Stanford's 3 Waltzes Op178, published only once
(to the best of my knowledge) in 1923, might still be in
copyright in the US. This work is now available on IMSLP.
The first waltz seems to have a hint of Chopin in it.

BTW, Caroline Reinagle is a name which doesn't crop up
too often. She was a 19th century English composer who
I'd not heard of until recently. For further information about
her, Googling her name gives some useful links.
Margaret Hubicki is another British female composer who
deserves a mention. Her works include a piano sonata
inspired by Benjamin Dale's impressive sonata.

More than four years on from when Jeremy wrote the above message,
sadly there's still no posting of Parry's Charakterbilder.
This Schumannesque work is also on the IMSLP wishlist.
Let's hope it turns up at some point.

I've finally managed to locate a copy!
The scan will appear on IMSLP during the week -
the file is currently awaiting moderation.
