I guess you aim at:
Danse rustique, pour orchestre, avec piano conducteur, 1926. (s.l.): L. Grus et C.ie, éditeurs (Paris)
My understanding is that it is an orchestral score which has two extra staffs for a "piano conducteur", i.e. for a piano transcription of the orchestral score.
There is a short bio in French and a photo in the middle of
this page:

Does anyone have anything by Adolphe Botte that isn't on Gallica? (I think he may have been French, despite the Germanic-sounding name.)
My interest was piqued by a set of 'etudes et morceaux symphoniques' for piano by the author.
Thanks

He was French indeed and was apparently rather influent as a musical reviewer, although largely forgotten today. See for example

I have not seen nor heard any of his own compositions.

Alfred, this is quit unexpected and most welcome. One would have thought that one of our favorite editors would had edition out, but we've got a great option here with your excellent Alfor Fingered Edition.
Thanks for posting, Alfred.

Dear fleubis,
you are welcome! --- The fingering by Messrs.** P. & H. is rather unsatisfactory, imho.
I would would not go as far as to call it a „mess“, though...
