Thank you pianojay.
The scan looks identical to the one divided into two
books which is now on IMSLP's Ruthardt page.

Ruthardt's Sexten-Etuden Op54 are the latest addition
to IMSLP's Ruthardt page. Appropriately, they look to
be about Grade 6.

Certainly not Grade 6 (UK measure)! I had a look at them - they are interesting pieces, and I would love to play them, but IMHO they are of the highest degree of difficulty, especially at the metronome markings given in the score.

Ruthardt's Pedal-Studien Op56 are a welcome new addition to IMSLP.
I daren't attempt to provide a link, or venture to suggest what grade they are!

Has a scan of Theodor Kirchner's Neue Davidsbündlertänze Op.17 ever surfaced? I'm aware of the 1999 edition by Amadeus--if the original can't be located I'll see about ordering a copy. Thanks.

Thank you Fred for the Kirchner - Op. 17 Volume. I have had quite a nice time enjoying these pieces this afternoon.
And thanks also to Timtin for pointing out Ruthardt's Pedal-Studien.....the 2nd volume of which I find rather challenging to keep up with all the indicated markings, but his pedal markings seem to be well thought out and worth studying--I'm picking up some very useful ideas.
