Many thanks for these Grofe's music sheet! I was looking for the Hollywood suite but couldn't fint it! I think I will spend a lot of time playing them.
About the Hollywood suite, I noticed that in the orchestral score, there's one part more, between the N°4 and 5, called "Production Number". And the third part is called "Carpenters and Electricians", instead of "Hollywood Holidays".
I recently received copies of Mississippi suite, Metropolis, and 5 pieces called "music for moderns (among them, Killarney and Christmas Eve, that you already posted)
If you don't already have the scans, I'll gladly scan them and upload them here tomorow or monday at last.
And normally, I should also get soon the complete Manhattan Suite by Louis Alter, with the Manhattan Serenade and Manhattan Masquerade. I'll scan them too.

Hi eeks1982,
Glad you like the Grofe scans...and a very hearty welcome to Pianophilia. If syncopated piano is your bag, please do check out all the past postings on this thread (there's about 50 pages or so now), as I think you may find some interesting scores. On the Grofe pieces you mentioned I think I already have these covered and will finish posting them tonight and tomorrow. However, of all things I did note that my copy of Lou Alter's "Manhattan Suite" was incomplete (I posted the individual pieces I had that were complete)...so that would indeed be welcome I'm sure.
Enjoy & all best,
Frank

Here are a couple of folios of music originally designed mostly for use with silent movies. There were many such motion picture folios, some containing very interesting music...more to follow in the coming weeks/months.
