Re: Scandinavian Composers
This is Gustav (1867-1925).
I previously posted some works by his cousin Jacob Adolf.

Re: Scandinavian Composers
Hi there! May I ask if anyone has the Serenade from 4 Dance Poems by Peterson-Berger? Any other piece by him that doesn't exist on imslp would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Jim

Thanks,

Re: Scandinavian Composers
Can someone upload the full score of Atterberg's Piano Concerto? I've seen the 2 piano version, but I was just wondering, you know.
Thank you
Thank you

Re: Scandinavian Composers
A Schytte mystery: I have two albums by Augener of pieces by Schytte, but alas no details on opus numbers is given. I have managed to check off the majority of these pieces with works I already hold by this composer, but are left with the following, which I am unable to verify as either do not have the full work, or am unable to locate it within Schytte's extensive list of piano pieces.
I would be very grateful, if any one is able to throw any light on these pieces.................and if not, then some more works to add to our Schytte collection.
Malcolm
Melodie [think this may be from Op 83] Aubade [there is an Aubade Op 77 No. 1......but this is a different work] Cantilene [can find no trace of any work with this title] Gavotte [there are several gavottes by Schytte but none match this piece] Scherzino [again unable to locate the opus for this work] Dance of the Gnomes [there is a similar titled work within Op 66 - but that is a different work] Three pieces from Op 22 ? Scherzo-Etude [this may come from one of Schytte's many volumes of etudes but unable, as yet, to link to a specific opus]

Re: Scandinavian Composers
Difficult task, they seem all WoO numbers except someones. Melodie could be op.84 n.3 and Gavotte could be op.128 n.1. Gnomes doesn't match even with op.90 n.5. (checked thru Pazdirek and some scores I have). This is another author we should complete thru some orders to Berlin ...

Re: Scandinavian Composers
Thanks for the upload of Schytte pieces. Here are the relevant Pazdírek pages if they'll be of help to anyone.

Re: Scandinavian Composers
The Royal Library in Copenhagen still have a lot of unscanned Schytte. Hopefully more will be made available the next months.
