Maybe you should write a book - "Conversations with ..." ???

Since when did I say that? Your longevity on PP is proportional to the inverse square of the number of your posts multiplied by a quality factor based upon your signal to noise ratio.
I'm afraid you don't have long, Alfor. Make the most of it please...

Fingered by M.-A. HAMELIN:
http://www.henle.com/en/the-publishing- ... melin.html
And you can do what most pianophilians do like most:
You can steal all the fingerings!!! (Just click „Look inside“ - Zoom).
His fingering of Rachmaninoff's Corelli Variations is slightly insufficient, imho.
So I will post an alfor fingered version in due course.

How very nice that you found that missing page for the Liadov Etude, Alfred. Thanks for making this volume of Russian Etudes COMPLETE.

I love the Corelli Variations. Looking forward to Alfor edition. Thanks a lot in advance.

Corelli Variations! Yes! An Alfor fingered edition would be most welcome.
Checking out the link I see Hamlin has also fingered the Bach-Busoni Chaconne, which happens to be one of my favorite Bach pieces.

At present there is not yet a „Look inside“ link for this piece.
