You are welcome!

There will follow some more „adjusted“ files - at least of some pages of the third movement!

May I contribute a little to Rach 3 page 10, first bar...

(I have a very small hand) on the said bar, third beat, left hand,
as Alfor and anyone, the A/F A will be played with left hand 5/2 1, but I will use right hand to play the D F with right band 1 2 (it is already there) and then the Gsharp with 3

(a very insignificant suggestion as compared to the mammoth effort of Alfor!

There are many places where there are more than one good solutions.

Regarding the respective bar:
Imho opinion you are allowed in the left hand to jump from the A (thumb) to
the D (third finger), once you have „caught“ the sound with the right pedal.
While your fingering is perfectly playable, I prefer being able to hold down the right hand chord
F-A-D (fingering 1-2-4) for a moment, which is not possible with your fingering.

Altough... we are now on the edge of splitting hairs, I think  ...

Interested in Rach 3, Alfred?

That would be all of us!

Thanks for the additions....printing them out now. I think this is one concerto we all treasure very much, whether we play it professionally or not. It will be very interesting to compare your latest fingerings to the previous ones to see if you had any "second thoughts", but so far I see mostly additions.

Your hard work is greatly appreciated.

will open my shellack shelves and post Rach's recording of concerto 3, plus one by Cyril Smith.
..and yes, I DO own a set with Rach playing Schumann's Carnaval.
My transfers may be a touch better than what is around, so you might be interested...

Dear Alfor,

wow, thank you very much for the dedication of your enormous effort with these fingerings!
Like many people here the Rach 3 has been one of my all-time favorite piano concertos, even if I admit together with a not too small amount of other concerti ...
(I have never played it, though.)

Thank you very much ! :)

Alfred, thank you for the additions supplied via "Rach 3,2 cpl. fgd.pdf" -- you know every time I play through this I realize how grateful we should be to have such unparalleled pianistic writing.
