Re: Composers from Germany [Misc]
Dear Pianophiliacs etc.,
I need your pleasant help. Does anybody know the composer of the attached file "Sarabande with 5 Variations"? It sounds like a post- or late romantic german (austrian, swiss?) composer. The theme was out of a Sarabande from Händel.
Thank's in advance,
Georgio

It's from Paul Höffer's Tanzvariationen published by Schott in 1938.Georgio wrote:Dear Pianophiliacs etc.,

Re: Composers from Germany [Misc]
Hello, fellow pianophiliacs,
does anyone know where to get Albert Loeschhorn's Study op. 67 Nr. 5 ?
IMSLP does not have it, and elsewhere it is only available to buy in collections
with lots of other etudes I don't need...
Thank you for your help,
Arglmann

Re: Composers from Germany [Misc]
Hello everyone,
Just wondering if Cornelius Gurlitt's Op. 132 Chrysanthemes (also known as 24 Melodic Studies or Etudes) are floating around anywhere? I have seen our own Mr. Sear performing them and they are quite attractive! Does any one have the score?

Dear all,
I'm looking for the Adolph Gutmann score:
op. 44 Le Reveil des oiseaux
IMSLP only has others...
BNF has Gutmann's op. 36 here, if
someone's interested: http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b52000355d
Best regards,
Arglmann
