Thank you!liveforpiano wrote:Here are Three Etudes opus 7 by Jules Zarembski.
Jules Zarembski = Juliusz Zarebski (1854-1885)!
If anyone is interested, I have a polish LP recording with piano works of Zarebski, played by Ryszard Bakst.
Best regards, Alfor S. Cans

Hi Alfor,
Yes I would love to hear that, thank-you. I have a selection of Paderewski pieces played by Bakst which was my introduction to Paderewski's music.

Re: Polish Composers
There are two Cd's of Jonathan Plowright playing Paderewsi piano music.
Including the best performance of his Piano Sonata that I have ever heard.
One is on the Hyperion Label, with the Sonata and two sets of variations, and the other is a Music Masters disc
with complete opus 8, 14 and 16.
Peter.

Re: Polish Composers
I just now had the chance to thank you for those. Thank you and best regards. BTW, I found this little but graceful pieces on youtube, and it would be really great if anyone had them. It's the Zarebski Opus 27 Etrénnes. IMSLP does not have it.liveforpiano wrote:Here are Three Etudes opus 7 by Jules Zarembski.
Here's one of them : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cB5XtEbv ... ure=relmfu
Thanks

Re: Polish Composers
The only Zarebski/Zarembski I have that's not available on here or IMSLP

Thanks for that, but I already had it. I really just needed the Opus 27.
Best, Dani.

Yes. That's why I said thanks. It's really good you shared the piece anyway. That's the spiritsgambatiesque wrote:I know what you're after. I was just prompted to share for the benefit of allDani_area_51 wrote:Thanks for that, but I already had it. I really just needed the Opus 27.
