obiobiobi wrote:Hey! Does anyone have entire Prokofiev Symphony No.5 op.100 arr. for Piano 4 hands, made by Anatoly VEDERNIKOV ?!?!
Anybody?! Maybe our Russian Friends? I am looking for this score already for a long time...
Thank you in Advance!
Obiobiobi
I am not aware or have heard of a 4 hand version of Prokofiev's Symphony No. 5 by Vedernikov. He did transcribe the Scherzo from that symphony for piano solo. He did make an arrangements of the 7th symphony for piano / 4 hands, and also transcribed the Op 130 symphonic poem, 'Meeting of the Volga & Don', for piano solo.
Curious to where you have obtained this information on 5th symphony ?

It appears that Cambridge is the only library to list it.

Fyodor Akimenko (1876-1945) - we have had quite a number of his works posted on Pianophilia - here are three pieces from his suite Op 62 for Piano & 4 hands (and alas I only have the three central pieces of this opus).

I haven't seen this entire opus anywhere and wanted to share....
Heinrich Hofmann's Op. 46 - Aus meinem Tagebuch (Leaves from my Journal)
It's a great collection to play with friends or students! Enjoy!

Hello! I had no idea this existed. I have an orchestral score, but it's too big for me to scan... do you have the recording? If not, PM me.
