Very nice to have this concerto--fingered by you--all together and in a nice B&W instead of gray-scale--much easier to read. Thanks for posting.

You are welcome, dear fleubis (aka J.D.* from Panama)
* James Dean

For those few loosers who do not get Orchestras as presents from their wives
(like Serge Koussevitzky or Geza Anda did) I have chosen the solo version:

S. O. S. PROKOFIEFF
Sonata No. 2 op. 14
alfor fingered

(Regarding the very few printed fingerings I assume this was edited by Gyorgy Chādor...)

Humm.....I don't know about the 2nd concerto, but Alfred your fingering on the 2nd sonata settles a few troubling issues. This is not a sonata that I'm very familiar with so I took a listen to Boris Berman play it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZN7XLKzLDI before playing through it myself a few times. I especially like the remarkable chromaticism of the 2nd movement---it is just luscious.

More Prokofiev that I'm not real familiar with...and it's got to be laziness on my part for not taking the time to work out some fingerings--which Alfred has now graciously provided. This will keep me occupied for quite a while. Thanks for posting this.

You are welcome, dear J...fleubis!

Next will be No. 9, an unduly neglected work!

Scans of most of the Glazunov piano works now seem to be in circulation, but I don't see a copy of this here or on IMSLP - the Sonatina. -nms- Cleaned and converted to PDF.
Glazunov_Sonatina.pdf
Any clues on these other works would be appreciated:
Valse Miniature in g, 1893
Easy Sonata in C, 1880
Prelude & Fugue in e, 1926
Gagliarde in D, 1900

Can some resourceful members please help to identify this Russian Pianist. The photo was taken in 2005.

He has written a technique book, and is currently hotly read in China.... i have been thinking who he is.
